📋 Description
• Use analytical and modeling skills to support managed care contract negotiations • Partner with revenue cycle teams to ensure new and updated contracts are implemented accurately and smoothly • Assist in resolving escalated contract adjudication issues • Collaborate with leaders and teams across Mercy to provide insights that support mission and commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
🎯 Requirements
• BS in Accounting or related financial field • Five years of experience in healthcare finance with experience specifically in managed care and/or revenue cycle • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
