📋 Description

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial information to support operational and strategic decision making • Work across a variety of disciplines with the Finance department • Assist with the monthly close process • Handle investment and debt accounting • Prepare community benefit reporting • Complete annual audit schedules • Prepare and review investment and debt journal entries and account reconciliations • Prepare and review Compliance disclosures to meet internal and external reporting deadlines • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Assess technical accounting standards and apply them to reporting results and disclosures • Assist with preparation for and support the Company’s investment audit • Prepare and communicate investment and debt reporting analysis to stakeholders • Compile and prepare quarterly and annual reports for community benefit reporting • Assist with and lead organizational initiatives and special projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BS Degree in Finance or Accounting (or similar) or equivalent experience • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience • Demonstrated knowledge with financial applications and processes • Demonstrated ability to interact with leadership teams • Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems • Knowledgeable of underlying process flows • Developed analytical skills including identification of issues/opportunities and potential resolution • Ability to work independently • Appropriate prioritization, efficiency, and problem solving • Strong Microsoft Office skills and position specific applications • Masters Degree preferred • CPA preferred
