⢠Generate revenue by selling and educating customers on Metagenics products ⢠Contact HCP offices and grow accounts using Fullscript platform ⢠Maintain low level accounts and position high potential accounts for outside sales transition ⢠Meet or exceed daily, monthly and quarterly call quotas ⢠Educate practitioners on platform functionality and merchandise opportunities ⢠Develop relationships and increase sales volumes ⢠Follow up on requests or questions from accounts ⢠Maintain accurate records in CRM for sales and prospecting activities ⢠Complete all training modules and demonstrate consistent progress in technical knowledge
⢠Bachelor's degree preferred in science related field ⢠Minimum 2 years Inside Sales or Outside Sales experience ⢠Degree in nutrition or related field is a plus ⢠Excellent phone/digital usage skills ⢠Ability to cold call ⢠Obtain information from accounts ⢠Ability to establish rapport via telephone or digital platforms ⢠Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint ⢠Experience in using CRM software to maintain customer contact records ⢠Skilled at performing research on the internet regarding accounts. ⢠Exemplifies high levels of internal and external customer engagement ⢠Demonstrates a positive, solution-oriented outlook when faced with obstacles ⢠Maintain or exceeds daily call requirement ⢠Ensuring all calls are documented in database/CRM
