• Lead a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and training to drive team performance. • Plan, schedule, and execute multiple submetering projects, directly and indirectly through a team, including design coordination, meter installation, commissioning, and material planning. • Establish and maintain a network of qualified contractors and vendors. • Oversee project schedules, costs, and timelines, ensuring projects stay within budget and are delivered on-time and within scope and budget. • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders. • Continuously improve processes by identifying and implementing enhancements and evaluating their effectiveness. Work cross-departmentally to understand and remove bottlenecks. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements across all installations, whether in new construction or retrofit settings. • Provide technical analysis of drawings and systems to support contractors and internal teams, while also assessing metering opportunities identified by the Sales department. • Demonstrate excellent customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills throughout project management, and develop progress reports to track milestones and deliverables. • Prepare and deliver financial reports on time as required on an ongoing basis. • Lead and manage other projects and assignments assigned by FS Leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent, Engineering is considered a strong asset • 5 years of project management experience preferred • 5 years leadership/supervisory experience preferred • Minimum of 2+ years' experience coordinating with trades, hardware, building owners, or similar, etc. • Previous experience installing commercial equipment preferred • Working knowledge of electrical & mechanical system • Ability to lead teams through significant change in a high-growth environment
