📋 Description

• Support ARTS Program Software Facilities, ATMS, and associated operational environments • Support high-fidelity software simulation environments used in ATM research • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot ARTS facility systems and operational tools • Provide technical integration, configuration management, or system administration during NASA organizational and contract transitions • Work with NASA researchers, facility operators, and the Metis technical team to ensure uninterrupted mission support • Support simulation, software integration, facility operations, and mission-critical technical services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with research simulation environments • Experience with air traffic management tools or high-fidelity software environments • Linux/Windows system administration experience • Experience in integration, testing, or operational support of technical facilities • Technical support experience aligned with ATM research objectives • Software development experience • Skills, experience, and alignment with ARTS technical requirements
