📋 Description

• Own client projects, including P&L understanding, contract scope, forecasting, and margin improvement • Develop and maintain 12–24 month strategic account plans • Maintain executive relationships with National Accounts and facilitate strategic planning sessions • Coordinate execution across Shermco organizations, branches, and service groups • Lead internal coordination meetings and resolve inter-branch operational conflicts • Monitor project financial performance, change orders, and margin risks • Interpret contracts, manage scope, and lead RFI and change-management processes • Maintain program risk registers and conduct monthly risk reviews • Promote operational standards for safety, estimating, project controls, and documentation • Serve as primary client interface and lead Executive Business Reviews • Lead cross-functional teams of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors • Conduct project kickoffs, drive execution quality, and ensure documentation and turnover standards • Identify service expansion opportunities and support large capital-project capture strategies • Report project performance, risks, forecasts, and mitigation plans to senior leadership • Participate in post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of program or project management experience, ideally managing a national account across multiple sites • Experience in electrical construction, NETA testing, electrical commissioning, engineering services, industrial field services, power systems services, electrical infrastructure, or a related technical field • Working knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems or related technical field • Demonstrated financial literacy and ability to interpret project financials • Experience managing or overseeing large programs or projects exceeding $1M • Proven ability to coordinate multi-site or multi-branch operations • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management • Experience interpreting contracts and managing change orders • Proven ability to lead large field teams and multidisciplinary resources • Bachelor's degree preferred • PMP certification or formal project management training preferred • Background in utility, industrial, data center, or mission-critical environments preferred • Experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships preferred
