📋 Description

• Reviewing contractor invoicing to insure correct coding and invoicing practices are being adhered to. • Addressing invoicing questions and disputes with contract company partners. • Insure timely processing of all invoicing for the department. • Work with our accounting department involving invoicing. • Generating Invoice reporting as required. • Understanding pricing structure and definitions. • Assist with developing and drafting processes and procedures necessary to maintain efficient operations. • Assist Field Operations Manager and staff with assigned duties. • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned to support the Field Operations team.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in accounting preferred by not required. • One to two years of experience in invoice processing. • Experience working in the construction and/or engineering fields a plus. • Strong skills using Excel, Outlook, and other computer and data entry and processing skills along with the ability to learn new computer software and processes. • An urgency to insure deadline are met. • Multitask effectively and efficiently • Very strong organizational and prioritization skills. • Exceptional communication skills; strong writing skills a must • Effective team skills
