📋 Description

• Support the administration and lifecycle management of Pole Attachment and Joint Use Agreements • Research utility infrastructure and determine utility ownership • Investigate, research, and resolve utility ownership discrepancies, agreement questions, and other issues affecting network expansion • Research and resolve special projects related to utility infrastructure, ownership, agreements, and network expansion • Maintain agreement documentation, renewals, amendments, and compliance records • Research, track, and coordinate utility agreements, permits, and infrastructure records for new construction projects • Coordinate with internal departments and utility partners to support project execution • Analyze utility data and develop reports supporting operational decisions, project planning, and workflow improvements • Identify opportunities to improve Joint Facilities processes through documentation, reporting, automation, and cross-functional collaboration • Collaborate with Legal and internal stakeholders to review, interpret, and administer utility agreements • Ensure compliance with company, utility, and regulatory requirements • Resolve infrastructure issues before engineering, permitting, and construction begin to help keep projects on schedule • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred • Experience in telecommunications, electric utility, joint use, pole attachments, utility engineering, utility coordination, utility permitting, utility records, or infrastructure planning preferred • Working knowledge of NESC, FCC regulations, utility attachment standards, or other utility/telecommunications regulations preferred • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, and other analytical tools • Strong analytical and research skills • Ability to interpret technical documentation, agreements, and utility records • Ability to manage multiple projects independently with sound judgment and attention to detail • Ability to research unfamiliar issues, draw logical conclusions, and make sound recommendations with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Detail oriented • Willingness to work as part of a team and independently • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
