📋 Description

• Review and understand project budgets, schedules, and requirements • Work with the Project Director to create and execute project work plans, schedules, control budgets, and resource plans • Oversee project operations to ensure on-time and under-budget completion • Review and present project team reports and summarize jurisdiction markets for executive management • Provide oversight and approval for project scope and delivery decisions • Serve as a technical expert interpreting project specifications • Communicate technology, equipment, design requirements, and specifications to project staff • Assist with project meetings and presentations • Act as an escalation point for difficult internal and external customer issues • Review and approve market agreements, permits, and authorization compliance • Direct, mentor, and develop Project Directors and project staff • Build teams and establish processes supporting performance and growth • Review and approve job cost accounting reports submitted to the home office • Maintain day-to-day communication with senior outside plant leadership and management • Produce efficient, cost-effective results • Represent Metronet professionally and foster customer relations • Establish effective relationships with project teams and the general public • Assist with other duties as directed

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or civil engineering preferred • Equivalent experience will be considered • Strong knowledge of telecom construction and engineering • Experience with project budget creation and management, project scheduling and tracking, project finance, cost reporting, and field office operations • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project • Familiarity with mapping, GIS, and CADD drafting programs • Ability to work with Google Earth KMZs and KMLs • Ability to prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules • Ability to comprehend complex instructions and execute strategic strategies • Ability to communicate and promote company objectives with other organizations • Regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance according to company policies • Adherence to company policies, regulations, procedures, and principles
