📋 Description

• Manage projects from contract to completion • Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation • Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry and company standards • Motivate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams • Track project metrics, report on status, and address risks • Travel regionally as required to support operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of construction experience (Construction Manager, Project Manager) • 3–5 years of commercial construction experience (Site Superintendent) • Strong leadership and project management skills • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and project management software • Ability to read and interpret construction plans • Valid Driver’s License • Commitment to safety and quality • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
