📋 Description

• Support projects from Contract to Completion • Manage resources, schedules, financials, quality, and safety throughout the project life cycle • Manage project issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful, on-time delivery • Run day-to-day field operations and verify required deliverables, quality, time, cost, and customer satisfaction • Establish and enforce safety requirements in compliance with industry and company standards • Assist with scopes of work, delineation of responsibilities, and proposals for project execution • Lead scheduling, budget, and document management from Contract to Completion • Build and motivate subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to meet project goals and milestones • Track and report project results and metrics • Procure subcontractors and suppliers within planned timeframes and budgets • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, resources, and project team meetings • Use BuilderTrend to report project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to regional leadership • Apply functional and financial acumen to align solutions with client goals, best practices, and company risk thresholds • Ensure contract compliance and manage changes • Mitigate the impact of project issues and risks on baseline budgets • Ensure job-site activities comply with OSHA and company safety standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must be located in the Western Pennsylvania, Indiana, or Ohio area • 3-5 years construction related experience • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and decisive, with ability to adapt to change and competing demands • Technically competent with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software • Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff • Experience working independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environments • Excellent prioritization and time management skills • Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of safety field concepts, practices, and procedures • Well organized with excellent customer service skills • Skilled at negotiation with customers and vendors/subcontractors • Ability to manage multiple complex projects • Experience directing the work of others • Ability to read and interpret construction plans • Willingness to travel regionally; travel is required 75% • Ability to perform sustained physical activity and maintain manual dexterity • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and balance as required • Ability to climb stairs and ladders, use construction personnel hoists, and navigate uneven or unfinished work areas • Ability to handle tools, equipment, and materials and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds • Possess close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus • Ability to hear alarms, bells, whistles, and verbal instructions in active construction environments • Ability to work indoors or outdoors, at elevated heights, and in varying weather, noise, odor, dust, or fume conditions • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or emergency on-call support based on operational needs • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Must pass pre-employment drug testing, including marijuana • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management (desired) • Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) • OSHA 30 Certified • Knowledge of approval agencies and processes for state requirements • Modular building industry experience preferred
