📋 Description

• Execute, manage, and monitor trades during market hours across multiple custodians and platforms • Trade and rebalance portfolios across equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, options, and UITs according to advisor models and instructions • Use third-party trading systems to calculate rebalances, allocate assets, and execute trades • Review trading reports to identify accounts requiring action and keep portfolios aligned with assigned models • Research and troubleshoot trade-related issues with custodians and internal teams • Support onboarding of new advisors, accounts, and portfolio models • Assist with cash management, distributions, and tax-loss harvesting • Contribute to developing and refining trading procedures and documentation • Support the daily trading operations of advisory and brokerage accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Relevant experience in trading, operations, or investment support; three (3) or more years preferred • Series 7 license • Series 65 license, or willingness to obtain it within six months of hire • Strong working knowledge of investment products and operational processes • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during market hours • Strong written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills • Familiarity with the Orion Eclipse trading platform preferred • Experience with custodians such as Fidelity, Schwab, and NFS preferred • Understanding of advisory account structures, 401(k) and 529 rebalancing, and annuity platforms preferred
