📋 Description

• Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals • Follow up with Contact Specialist • Access client connections and computer systems to obtain information needed to update accounts • Monitor requests to ensure they do not age beyond the required timeframe • Facilitate timely resolution of client accounts for assigned clients • Act as liaison between claims representatives and providers • Perform special projects or assigned tasks • Assist IT in resolving access issues

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Working knowledge of Excel and Word • Ability to gain proficiency in varied hospital databases and internal applications • Strong computer navigation skills • Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously • Effective verbal and written communication • High level of customer service skills • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision • Ability to learn client and Operations processes • Accurate work with strong attention to detail • Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and following through on assignments • Quiet, distraction-free home work environment • Secure internet connection • Home internet speeds greater than 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Workspace accommodating workstation equipment and related materials • Must reside in the United States within an eligible listed state • Eligibility to work in the United States • Successful employment-history verification and background check
