📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Advisory Solutions Contracting function • Establish governance, controls, and scalable contracting processes • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and align contracting strategy with business goals • Develop contracting strategies balancing growth objectives with risk • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals • Manage a high-volume pipeline of agreements, including 1099 and vendor contracts • Prioritize requests and maintain service-level timelines • Drive workflow optimization, automation, and process improvements • Enforce governance standards and approval workflows • Own capacity planning and resource allocation • Mentor and develop team members • Support strategic initiatives and change management

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required • Five (5) or more years of experience in contract management or related fields • Prior leadership experience • Experience managing complex agreements
