📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle NSPB implementation projects integrated with NetSuite • Translate complex business requirements into scalable EPM technical designs • Deliver discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment phases • Act as the highest level of escalation for technical and solution issues • Perform fit/gap analysis • Design and build multidimensional planning models, metadata structures, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations in NSPB • Develop NSPB-NetSuite integrations, including data mappings, transformation logic, and automation frameworks • Develop technical architecture, data flow diagrams, and integration frameworks • Collaborate with development and functional teams on custom solutions • Create comprehensive Technical Design Documents • Lead data integration strategy across NSPB, NetSuite, and other systems • Provide EPM and NetSuite planning best practices as a trusted client advocate • Contribute to solution accelerators and ongoing EPM education initiatives • Develop NSPB product skills as required by customer engagements • Handle client and project demands, including remote or in-person interactions and limited travel

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of relevant EPM, FP&A systems, or consulting experience • Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a relevant field • Strong background in finance/accounting, FP&A processes, consulting, and advisory services • Solution Architect experience across small through enterprise-level EPM implementations • Multiple end-to-end NSPB implementations with strong hands-on NSPB technical/functional implementation experience • Hands-on NetSuite experience is required, including strong understanding of NetSuite data structures and financial processes • Strong knowledge of multidimensional modeling, business rules, and planning frameworks • Experience with EPM technical capabilities including data integrations, REST APIs, Groovy scripting, calculation optimization, and security design • Experience integrating NSPB specifically with NetSuite strongly preferred • Willingness to work flexibly, including nights and weekends when required • Limited travel may be required
