📋 Description

• Create, implement, train, and manage compliance policies and procedures per federal and state laws and regulations for assigned clinics • Oversee risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and strengthen the organization’s compliance posture • Partner with VP, Growth & Operations to create new policies and/or SOPs • Oversee preparation of QUADA inspections and accreditations of new and/or existing clinics • Actively perform in QUADA and state surveys as a company representative • Keep compliance manuals current for assigned clinics in alignment with state and QUADA requirements, including bibles, QA/QI, and CEU • Oversee platforms such as SurgLogs and Scripture • Drive education and achievement of clinic department goals, objectives, and processes, including training tenured and new staff • Identify and select compliance training for employees at all levels and oversee successful deployment • Collaborate with departments to ensure ongoing compliance with established policies and procedures • Research and interpret statutes and regulations requiring compliance across assigned clinics • Monitor changes in healthcare laws and regulations and guide the organization to stay current • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and legal to address compliance issues and develop solutions • Liaise between the legal department and attorneys to research, identify, and provide information or documents requested for legal matters • Assist with legal matters including subpoenas, demand letters, and medical records requests • Manage preparation and submission of timely reports on compliance activities, incidents, and corrective actions to senior management • Escalate perceived obstacles, barriers, problems, or unusual circumstances to the Director of Operations and/or VP, Growth & Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Certified ASC Administrator (CASC) preferred • Previous experience in healthcare, compliance or legal research is preferred • Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, and others • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of ASC and OBS compliance • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders • Up to 50% required to travel between out-of-state clinics • Prior consulting experience in OBS or ASC; CASC experience a plus
