📋 Description

• Develop and continuously improve AI agents that identify and validate financial opportunities across healthcare supply chain, pharmacy, and managed care • Investigate large, messy healthcare datasets to uncover patterns, anomalies, and relationships • Develop models and analytical approaches for pricing discrepancies, contract optimization, underpayments, and negotiation opportunities • Translate complex manual analyses into reliable AI-powered capabilities • Develop information-extraction approaches and agentic workflows for complex healthcare documents • Collaborate with Engineering to turn research into scalable product capabilities • Define evaluation frameworks and performance metrics • Test, debug, and improve models and agents • Partner with Engineering, Product, and domain experts to improve healthcare data modeling and platform automation

🎯 Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in data science, machine learning engineering, AI engineering, or related fields • Proficiency in Python • Solid foundation in statistics, experimental design, and data modeling • Experience building, debugging, and improving LLM-powered agents or workflows • Ability to design effective evaluations, identify failure modes, and systematically improve performance • Strong analytical curiosity and technical judgment • Ability to connect technical improvements to measurable business results • Ability to take initiative in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • Interest in applying emerging technology to healthcare financial problems
