📋 Description

• Design branded static assets for paid social, display, and email channels • Produce multiple creative variations and formats per campaign for testing and platform requirements • Prepare final files according to channel specifications and brand standards • Use campaign data, channel feedback, and audience insights to refine creative concepts • Build variations for A/B testing and analyze results with team members • Decide which concepts to scale, iterate, or retire • Build and maintain a creative roadmap • Develop scalable asset systems, templates, and production processes • Evaluate and apply AI tools to extend creative capacity while maintaining brand consistency • Adapt Milan's visual identity to new formats and platforms • Review work for brand alignment, quality, and detail • Partner with cross-functional team members from concept through launch • Incorporate feedback and communicate project status, timelines, and dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (one year of experience equals one year of education) • Five years of experience in performance marketing design, paid social creative, or growth-focused digital design • Portfolio demonstrating both creative craft and measurable business impact • Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator • Working knowledge of paid social platform conventions, creative formats, and A/B testing • Ability to apply campaign data and audience insights to creative decisions • Portfolio submission required • Preferred: experience using AI tools in a creative production workflow • Preferred: experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation • Applicants must be located in the US; Milan Laser is not sponsoring visas
