📋 Description

• Support TMG’s leadership team by ensuring day-to-day execution, follow-through, and communication on strategic priorities • Develop, edit, and manage presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, reports, and internal communications • Translate complex operational and financial information into clear, concise summaries and executive-ready materials • Track projects, actions, deadlines, commitments, dependencies, risks, and open issues; proactively flag delays and escalation items • Coordinate updates and information flow across multiple stakeholders and teams • Provide project-management support for strategic firm projects, including milestone tracking, status reporting, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes • Triage priorities and manage competing demands in partnership with Administrative Business Partners • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption tracking • Maintain visibility into performance metrics and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards • Own agenda development, pre-read preparation, and content development for leadership meetings, annual offsite, and Town Halls • Capture and distribute meeting notes with ownership and next steps • Standardize operating rhythms, templates, and reporting formats • Serve as a coordination point for leadership requests, information needs, and updates • Build and maintain working relationships with leaders and stakeholders at TMG and throughout Council Advisors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) a plus • 6-8 years of experience as a Manager, Strategic Initiatives, strategy consultant, or executive projects manager in a high-performance professional services setting such as consulting, investment banking, PE, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous, fast-paced environment • Demonstrated success collaborating directly with senior executives and driving cross-functional initiatives • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-level presentation development and data analysis • Expertise in producing status reports, program updates, and executive dashboards • Exceptional judgment and ability to make sound decisions • Ability to operate in ambiguity, incomplete information, and evolving priorities • Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and resilience in handling sensitive information and stakeholder interactions • Proven record of project management, tracking, prioritization, and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and continuous improvement • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling in PowerPoint • Ability to translate complex or ambiguous information into clear, concise, and actionable guidance • Exceptional understanding of business operations, performance metrics, and financial concepts • Strong EQ, executive presence, and stakeholder credibility • Ability to influence without authority and build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization
