📋 Description

• Supports the successful pursuit of federal government opportunities by coordinating proposal development activities. • Works closely with Capture Managers, Proposal Management, Solution Architects, Finance, and Contracts. • Delivers compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals. • Maintains proposal schedules, action item trackers, compliance matrices, and deliverable checklists. • Coordinates volume development, document reviews, and color team activities. • Facilitates meetings, captures decisions, and provides proposal status updates. • Manages proposal files, templates, version control, and document organization. • Ensures proposals comply with solicitation requirements, formatting standards, and submission instructions. • Assists with final production, quality assurance, and electronic proposal submissions. • Supports special projects across the Growth organization as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. • 3+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, operations, chief of staff, business operations, or a related field. • Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Experience supporting federal government programs or contracts (desired). • Proposal, capture, contracts, or finance experience (desired). • Experience with GovWin, TechnoMile, Salesforce, SharePoint, or proposal management tools (desired). • APMP certification or interest in pursuing certification (desired).
