📋 Description

• Manage planning, design, execution, and reporting for software tests • May supervise junior testers • Review business and software requirements for gaps, testability, and methodology • Review program documentation and products for quality and adherence to design concepts • Prepare milestone status reports and system concept deliveries/presentations • Support Cybersecurity T&E in accordance with DoDI 5000.02 and the DoD Risk Management Framework • Prepare and review test plans • Prepare test cases and scripts, analyze test data, and ensure requirements traceability • Work with the software development group throughout development • Support software configuration management and understand software components and interface requirements • Perform manual and automated testing from unit testing through integration testing and user acceptance testing • Report and track defects throughout the defect management process • Analyze test results and track software testing metrics • Support the test lead with test reports • Train, mentor, and supervise junior software engineers • Assist with business development activities, including technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing support, and proposal color reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required • BS and 8 years of experience, or high school diploma and 13 years of experience • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Able to lift up to 10–15 pounds at a time • Willingness to travel under 10%
