• Facilitating requirement gathering for the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) use cases • Acting as an intermediary between the business partners, system vendors and GRC Team • Eliciting requirements using interviews, process flow diagrams, user stories and business analysis • Acting as a liaison between the GRC team and business partners • Proactively communicating and collaborating with manager and project manager
