📋 Description

• Shape platform strategy and commercialization across risk-bearing provider organizations, including accountable care organizations, and payer-adjacent workflows • Translate client needs, market intelligence, and healthcare analytics into differentiated product strategies and 12–24 month roadmaps • Lead client discovery, competitive analysis, and market research • Define and own product strategy for provider and payer-adjacent platform offerings • Partner with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate market opportunities and support annual business planning • Prioritize product investments based on demand, scalability, competitive differentiation, commercial value, and build-versus-partner opportunities • Lead market validation, product definition, business case development, and business requirements • Identify reusable platform capabilities for provider and payer-adjacent workflows • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and decision-support solutions • Serve as platform product subject matter expert for product development, solution validation, enablement, client engagements, conferences, and webinars • Lead commercialization with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers, including positioning, pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market plans • Measure product performance using adoption, client feedback, competitive positioning, and post-launch analytics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, resolve tradeoffs, and drive strategic execution • Partner with Client Services to define scalable service, support, and operating models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, commercial strategy, or healthcare consulting • Experience supporting risk-bearing providers or accountable care organizations • Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, platform strategy, product development lifecycles, and business planning • Deep knowledge of risk-bearing provider organizations, accountable care organizations, healthcare claims, clinical and pharmacy data, population health, and value-based care • Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, and commercial requirements into scalable product strategies and roadmaps • Experience evaluating market opportunities, developing business cases, and prioritizing product investments using commercial and financial analysis • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience using business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization tools • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive alignment across competing priorities • Strategic, collaborative, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman • Experience with payer-adjacent workflows, enterprise SaaS, healthcare analytics, data platforms, specialty care, pharmacy analytics, or ACOs strongly preferred • Advanced degree preferred • Experience with SQL, Databricks, and PowerBI is a plus
