📋 Description

• Provide first-line support for all service requests • Prioritize incoming requests • Support customers by resolving issues through documentation, research of past requests, or other means • Triage requests and gather details for escalation • Open tickets using Jira • Escalate requests to the appropriate party • Communicate frequently and effectively with requestors to meet or exceed SLAs • Monitor and analyze system performance and application health using Datadog • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues • Contribute to creating and maintaining knowledgebase articles, procedures, and documentation • Ensure system and infrastructure availability within internal SLAs • Identify automation opportunities • Ensure compliance with system security requirements • Participate in rotating on-call coverage • Collaborate with IntelliScript business and IT employees while supporting internal and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role(s) • Prior hands-on experience with Datadog for observability • Experience within a cloud environment; AWS preferred, Azure and GCP accepted • Customer-centric approach to finding solutions • Troubleshooting experience in a rapidly changing environment • Effective communication skills • Knowledge of Windows server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, firewalls, and networking • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server • Experience supporting the Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence) • Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations • Experience in software-as-a-service, actuarial science and/or insurance underwriting industry • Continued education and/or advanced degrees are listed as a wish list item • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future • Must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI up to four times a year • Will participate in a rotating on-call schedule
