📋 Description

• Improve Milo’s reporting, planning, and analytical tools by identifying organizational opportunities • Serve as the expert on the OneStream Corporate Performance Management tool • Ensure accurate linkage between ERP, IBP, TMS, Databricks, and CPM systems • Maintain and enhance data pipelines, models, and reporting tools • Document methodologies and maintain SOPs for recurring analyses • Develop, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and automated reports • Identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers for cross-functional partners • Participate in preparing information for monthly Financial Review and quarterly FAR/BOD meetings • Support accurate and timely preparation of the Annual Financial Plan and quarterly forecasts • Develop and own Milo’s approach to reporting and analyzing Analysis of Change and integrate it into core tools and processes • Lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field • 5-7 years of total experience, including 3 or more years in a relevant functional area; or 4-6 years of experience with an advanced degree • Proven subject matter expertise in financial planning and analysis and data analytics • Administrative-level experience with OneStream • Strong industry knowledge • Advanced experience with enterprise-level accounting software and Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required • Power BI or related data visualization experience strongly preferred • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading projects preferred • Must uphold food safety responsibilities • Commitment to outstanding attendance and respectful conduct • Ability to perform sedentary work; reasonable accommodations may be made
