📋 Description

• Plan and implement Klaviyo campaigns for multiple e-commerce brands • Build campaigns in the Klaviyo editor, including layouts, image integration, and mobile optimization • Write subject lines, preheaders, and newsletter copy • Manage segmentation and recipient selection, including engagement segments and list hygiene • Conduct A/B tests, schedule and send campaigns, and perform quality assurance before launch • Set up new Klaviyo accounts, including Shopify integration • Build core flows: Welcome Flow, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and winback/reactivation • Create and integrate sign-up forms and pop-ups in compliance with double opt-in requirements • Configure domain authentication (DKIM/SPF), a sending domain, and basic deliverability measures • Create basic segment and list structures • Prepare concise reports or handover documentation covering key KPIs and settings • Independently execute assignments within a clearly defined scope

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of demonstrable Klaviyo experience – this is not an entry-level role • Experience with both campaign sending and building complete flow setups • Native-level German proficiency (copy goes live without further editing) • Strong understanding of e-commerce copywriting, offer communication, and campaign timing • A keen eye for design and brand-consistent execution • Knowledge of the legal requirements for email marketing (GDPR, double opt-in, legal notice, unsubscribe link) • Independent, reliable working style and ability to meet send deadlines • Valid business registration or self-employed status • Experience with Shopify and deliverability is a plus • Willingness and ability to offer newsletter packages
