📋 Description

• Oversee regional teams to ensure proper practices and procedures • Provide implementation management support for key accounts and ensure successful service delivery • Manage facilities, employees, hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, career development, and corrective actions • Maintain operations policies, procedures, and guidelines • Review customer contracts and orders and coordinate implementations • Track and review project costs, submit purchase-order requests, coordinate vendors, and report project health • Create scopes of work and proposals for customer environmental consulting services • Manage environmental services, monitoring solutions, air, power, fire, and access operations • Develop and implement maintenance activities and report SLA-required activities • Manage facility capacity thresholds and future capacity status • Oversee access management, security issues, access levels, vendors, and equipment leaving facilities • Manage subcontractor agreements and asset-tracking processes • Administer operational KPI reporting, daily shift reporting, and periodic reports • Manage regulatory compliance, business continuity updates, SAS 70 audits, SOX audits, and SOC 2 audits • Resolve customer issues, verify and analyze alerts, conduct postmortems, and communicate during emergencies • Serve as signoff point for customer transition from engagements to operations • Generate and adhere to annual OpEx and CapEx budgets • Present capital project budget requests to the Capital Committee • Manage strategic initiatives, establish the vision and roadmap, organize the team, and monitor execution

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels • Ability to direct and manage work groups • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent priorities • Strong customer service skills and ownership of the customer experience • Ability to develop and document procedures and train personnel • Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve potential customer issues • Ownership of business performance and constructive thought leadership • Strong work ethic, sound judgment, professionalism, and continuous-improvement mindset • 9+ years’ experience managing critical facilities, preferably in a data center environment • 12+ years of supervisory or personnel management experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted • U.S. Citizenship may be required pursuant to a government contract requirement and/or for security clearance reasons • Travel required • Fast-paced work environment
