📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video • Assess each client's needs and determine whether Mindbloom is the right fit • Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy • Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and clinical judgment • Partner with Mindbloom guides to provide coordinated, whole-person care • Deliver an exceptional client experience • Improve clinical protocols and the care model using client insights

🎯 Requirements

• Psychiatric-Mental Health NP licensed in Nevada • Minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience • Active DEA registration • Ability to conduct complex psychiatric evaluations • Ability to accurately diagnose depression, anxiety, and PTSD • Passionate belief in psychedelic therapy • Warm, professional, fully present video-consult manner • Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently • Commitment to clinical excellence and advancing expertise • Openness to new evidence-based treatments • Ability to harness AI to improve client outcomes and streamline administration
