📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit • Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy • Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and clinical judgment to tailor treatment • Partner with Mindbloom guides to provide a coordinated, whole-person experience • Deliver an exceptional client experience that earns trust, satisfaction, and confidence in care • Improve clinical protocols and the care model using insights from client work

🎯 Requirements

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP (new grads welcome) or Psychiatric PA • Psychiatric PA candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of psychiatric experience • Confidently conduct complex psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose depression, anxiety, and PTSD • Passionate believer in psychedelic therapy • Warm, professional, and fully present on every video consult • Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently • Commitment to clinical excellence and advancing expertise • Openness to new evidence-based treatments • Ability to harness AI to deliver better client outcomes, streamline admin, and stay at the cutting edge of psychiatric care
