📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans • Provide medication management and monitoring • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and discharge planning • Communicate with families regarding medication changes and treatment recommendations • Complete peer-to-peer reviews as needed • Provide care coordination and consultation support to residential staff and treatment teams • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR, completed within 24 hours of service • Provide psychiatric services via telehealth for two residential treatment homes serving adolescent boys • Support a total census of 8 residents (4 per home)

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry • Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license • DEA registration • Experience treating children and adolescents with behavioral health conditions • Comfortable providing services via telehealth • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
