📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through interviews, history reviews, exams, and psychological testing • Diagnose patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications • Provide compassionate crisis intervention when needed • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Deliver virtual outpatient psychiatric services as needed • Support care coordination with case managers, families, and external providers

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Psychiatrists or Board Eligible • Licensure in Maryland • Active DEA and CDS • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care • Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, crisis intervention, clinical documentation, and care coordination
