📋 Description

• Provide high-quality individual and group teletherapy to patients in the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program and with co-occurring conditions • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and use evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care • Administer validated clinical assessments during monthly reviews to measure acuity, track progress, and adjust treatment plans and engagement frequency • Coordinate medical, behavioral, and health-related social needs as the clinical lead within an integrated care team • Conduct real-time risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis stabilization for high-acuity events • Complete detailed DAP-format clinical documentation and maintain records in the EMR within 24 hours of services • Use video, secure messaging, and digital wellness content for persistent member engagement • Participate in clinical huddles, maintain population registry data, and track panel metrics • Engage family members, caregivers, and community organizations to build support networks • Triage intake referrals and use screenings such as M3, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 • Develop, manage, and update treatment plans • Educate clients about resources and community programs and refer them to other services when indicated • Submit charges for professional services daily • Provide coverage for colleagues’ absences when clinically appropriate • Mentor or assist incoming therapists when applicable • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or another applicable behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university • Current Nevada Department of Health (NV DOH) independent behavioral health license • Eligible license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) • Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field • Experience with severe mental illness • Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, mental health, substance use disorders, interpersonal violence, and social issues • Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred • Ability to deliver individual and group teletherapy using CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care • Ability to administer clinical assessments including M3, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 • Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis stabilization • Knowledge of DAP-format clinical documentation and electronic medical records • Ability to complete clinical documentation within 24 hours and submit charges daily • Ability to provide case/care management in routine and crisis situations • Ability to train, develop, and coach team members • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to plan, organize, manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through
