• Deliver in-services across the full patient monitoring portfolio, tailoring education to customer workflows, clinical environments, and learning needs • Provide hands-on clinical application training across hospital departments and care settings • Assess education needs across nursing units and specialties and adjust instruction accordingly • Support system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration needs • Provide on-site clinical support during go-live events and final implementations • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from installation to active clinical use • Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce education and promote sustained product adoption • Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical staff and leadership at customer sites • Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions • Provide on-call clinical support through the technical support line following established escalation and documentation procedures
• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited institution • BSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience • 2–3 years of active nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settings • Strong knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring • Experience educating other nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs strongly preferred
