• Deliver in-services across the full patient monitoring portfolio, tailoring education to customer workflows, clinical environments, and learning needs • Provide hands-on clinical application training across hospital departments and care settings • Assess education needs across nursing units and specialties and adjust instruction accordingly • Support system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration needs • Provide on-site clinical support during go-live events and final implementations • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from installation to active clinical use • Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce education and promote sustained product adoption • Maintain strong relationships with clinical staff and leadership at customer sites • Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions • Provide on-call clinical support through the technical support line following escalation and documentation procedures after the first year • Manage time and territory independently to meet customer education needs effectively
• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited institution • BSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience • 2–3 years of active nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settings • Strong knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring • Experience educating other nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs strongly preferred • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Highly independent and self-motivated, comfortable working autonomously in the field • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and translate them into practical clinical application • Flexible and adaptable to last-minute schedule changes • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Approximately 85% travel by car or air • Must reside within 40 miles of a major airport • Ability to stand and deliver training sessions for 2–5 hours at a time, multiple times per day • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during implementations and on-site support • Ability to lift and carry equipment or training materials up to 25 pounds and push carts through clinical environments
