📋 Description

• Lead and manage retail execution, broker relationships, and distribution across the U.S. • Ensure market execution by managing void fills, planogram execution, and retail education and engagement • Serve as key point of contact for brokers, merchandisers, and distributors • Set and track quarterly and annual goals and provide ongoing education and follow-up • Manage distributor inventory, purchase orders, and distributor-level programming • Manage merchandising and broker teams, including goal-setting, initiative guidance, and training • Lead new product launch planning and execution, including setup, partner education, and retail rollout • Manage post-commitment execution of new retail launches • Serve as communication hub between field/market and internal teams • Maintain communication with brokers, distributors, and merchandisers • Monitor inventory and coordinate with distributors and operations on purchase orders • Analyze retail voids, out-of-stocks, and retail challenges and resolve issues with store management and external teams • Conduct regular training sessions and gather feedback on execution performance • Partner with sales, operations, and marketing teams on promotional, market, and brand strategies • Travel 40% of the time for events, tradeshows, and account visits • Visit retail locations in person to ensure planogram execution and build retail relationships • Provide regular updates and transparent reports on broker, merchandiser, and distributor initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Residence in the Western United States, near a major airport • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with flexibility for events/trade shows and work-related travel on weekends • Deep understanding of retail execution strategies • Proven ability to manage brokers and distributors to meet sales goals • Strong organizational skills to oversee inventory and purchase order processes • Excellent ability to communicate progress and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Enthusiasm for field and market work and building relationships with retail partners • Experience working with UNFI and KEHE • Resume and any supporting documents • Statement explaining why you want to work with Minor Figures
