📋 Description

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions • Resolve unique customer concerns, custom product inquiries, and fulfillment challenges • Use the internal knowledge base to research answers and support customers • Cross-reference order information, custom design files, inventory tools, and process order adaptations • Document customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM platforms while following data policies • Identify operational errors and platform friction points • Share insights with Customer Service leadership to improve the customer journey • Deliver consistently high-quality service and manage availability through efficient time management • Collaborate with the Team Supervisor during 1:1s and on-camera video huddles • Work within a small customer-service pod and collaborate with cross-functional senior leaders • Support customers during pre-order and post-order stages for customized stationery, art, and home products

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in one of: Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Experience working with high-end customers and owning customer problem resolution • Experience handling inbound contact volume and contact queues • Experience with design-related work and fulfillment, including photo printing and design files • Excellent written communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits • Ability to context-switch between browser tabs and platforms while maintaining accuracy • Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk • Ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies quickly • Availability for a set schedule including evenings and weekends • Patience, empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence • Ability to navigate multiple web-based tools and systems simultaneously
