📋 Description

• Research and thoroughly document the root causes of replacement orders • Proofread and edit design files to fulfill customer orders while meeting productivity and quality expectations • Reference a wide range of resources to determine the best solution for customers • Work directly with customers over email to design and replace original orders • Troubleshoot technical, design, and print errors in a production environment • Collaborate with other teams to deliver outstanding service • Resolve post-print issues and assist with creating new orders • Identify problems, rework design files, and coordinate with printing facilities to ensure high-quality products • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build brand loyalty through effective issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in one of: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think critically to solve problems • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro • InDesign and Lightroom are a plus • G-Suite experience • Ability to produce high-quality design and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Flexible and open to new challenges • Ability to learn and work remotely and engage effortlessly with coworkers and leadership; takes feedback well and is eager to learn more • Ability to work at least 1 weekend day; days off may not be consecutive
