📋 Description

• Support planning and execution of SI Swimsuit events and brand activations • Coordinate travel, logistics, and on-site support for talent and VIPs • Provide administrative support including scheduling, materials, and timeline tracking • Maintain trackers for talent, vendors, and brand partnerships • Track invoices, expenses, and operational documentation • Help keep brand projects organized across timelines and assets • Support the execution of the SI Swimsuit brand across events, talent management, and administrative operations • Ensure seamless experiences for talent and VIPs • Drive operational efficiency and contribute to brand activations and marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, events, talent, or hospitality • Strong organization and attention to detail • Experience supporting talent, guests, or VIP experiences • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility environments • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and presentation tools • Frequent travel required to support on-site events, activations, content production, and talent coverage • E-Verify participation and employment eligibility requirements may apply
