📋 Description

• Analyze revenue, supply, and demand patterns to provide data-driven yield-maximization recommendations • Evaluate and optimize display configuration settings and monetization across publisher partners • Identify and resolve issues affecting display delivery, errors, and margin loss • Provide regular insights on publisher performance, pricing strategies, and ad setup efficiency • Maintain publisher relationships • Address reporting and ad setup requests • Own the billing cycle • Provide best-practice recommendations • Work with Ad Tech and BI teams to refine tools, create dashboards, and drive optimization efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital media, revenue operations, AdOps, or media analysis • Experience at a publisher, agency, brand, or tech platform preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative or analytical field • Experience in Account management for B2B publishers is an asset • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar analytics tools • Experience with platforms like GAM, Prebid, and Amazon TAM is a plus • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and stakeholders • Flexible working hours to accommodate publisher timezones • Ability to work with Ad Tech and BI teams to refine tools, create dashboards, and drive optimization efforts
