📋 Description

• Own post-sales customer relationships from onboarding through renewal • Track customer health and drive retention and long-term revenue growth • Build relationships with executive sponsors, municipal contacts, and end-users • Monitor account health metrics, risks, escalations, and opportunities • Advocate for customers internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Coordinate with product teams on documentation, customer enablement, and product specifications • Create and deliver training content to accelerate customer ROI • Support solution design, technical documentation, and integration implementation plans • Identify adoption gaps and create action plans to improve customer outcomes and expand networks • Resolve complex product issues for customers and distributors • Provide on-site consulting to clients through travel across the US and Canada, up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• Established track record of success in account management, project management, installation, or configuration in a technical field supporting customers in a B2B or B2G environment • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Consulting skills including team facilitation, business case development, business analysis, process mapping, and process redesign • Ability to manage implementation including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support • Ability to align technical concepts with customer requirements and solve complex business issues analytically • Practical understanding of product development and engineering processes • Experience with networking and the Internet of Things (IoT) is an asset • Solid understanding of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) • Prior ITS or transportation experience with a traffic/transportation technology manufacturer or directly within a city or municipality • Active memberships or certifications in IMSA, ITSA, or ITE are advantageous • Must be located in WA, OR, ID, MT, CA, or NV • Ability and readiness to travel up to 30% across the US and Canada • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related discipline is an asset; formal credential not required • Legally eligible to work in the United States • Willingness to address current or future immigration sponsorship requirements
