📋 Description

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and independently own campaign execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, from complex builds through launch and advanced optimization • Autonomously manage specific advertising budgets and pace against plan to hit Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets • Translate marketing strategy into reliable campaign execution, partnering with creative and marketing teammates • Drive a rigorous testing roadmap, run sophisticated A/B tests, and translate complex data into actionable strategic decisions • Check pacing and variance daily and optimize toward ROAS or LTV:CAC • Perform rigorous QA before campaign go-live

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience independently managing and executing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) in an analytical, performance-driven environment • Proven track record of acting as the SME, independently managing specific ad budgets, and consistently hitting CAC, CPA, or ROAS targets • Expert-level knowledge of platform-specific levers, bidding strategies, ad formats, and audience targeting • Extensive experience designing, running, and measuring complex A/B tests for paid media • Ability to travel approximately 4+ times per year for in-person collaboration • Mission Lane is not sponsoring new applicant employment authorization
