📋 Description

• Drive the Care Delivery Platform between sites and on public roads • Read route requirements and vehicle range; plan around charging-network gaps • Operate Level 2 and DC fast charging sessions and troubleshoot charging failures • Complete arrival surveys, leveling, module deployment and interlocks, shore power, and vehicle securing • Read interface faults, safely isolate issues, and determine on-site repairs • Perform walkarounds and scheduled preventive maintenance • Use platform trends to prevent downtime • Escalate issues to Mission Mobile Medical with telemetry history • Greet patients, manage traffic flow around the Care Delivery Platform, and provide assistance

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Relevant certifications (automotive, EV, or electrical trade training) preferred • Prior experience in field service, fleet maintenance, EV service, or a similar hands-on technical role preferred • Comfort with driving, basic vehicle systems, and diagnostic tools • Value all people and have a desire to be a Servant Leader • Embrace the company culture and SERVICE values • Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders • Authorized to work in the United States
