📋 Description

• Help own value plans for accounts, connecting customer business problems to measured outcomes • Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and align Mixpanel capabilities to customer priorities • Support discovery of customer priorities and pain points and update adoption plans • Partner with Account Executives on expansion and renewal counterparts on renewal execution • Help lead enablement and best-practices sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling • Monitor usage and health signals and support business reviews • Identify underused features and contracted capabilities and recommend them to customers • Triage product questions and issues, resolving or routing them appropriately • Develop a point of view on customer AI maturity and help customers build on product data using Mixpanel AI • Coordinate escalations with GTM, Product, and Engineering and share learnings with the Customer Value Architects team

🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts, or equivalent experience • Track record of building relationships across business and technical stakeholders • Ability to translate technical concepts, such as data models and product metrics, for non-technical stakeholders • Growing experience connecting product usage to customer outcomes and ROI • Comfort supporting adoption plans tied to customers' larger goals • Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use, such as MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots • Collaborative approach to working across account teams and internal partners • Good judgment in prioritizing accounts and actions • Bonus: Background in product analytics, growth, or data-driven product development • Bonus: Experience in a technical advisory or professional services capacity • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, event tracking, or data tooling
