📋 Description

• Promote Allegion’s professional architectural consulting services centered around Division 08 and Division 28 • Manage projects coordinating Division 8 door hardware with Division 28 electronic access control solutions while ensuring code compliance • Develop relationships with industry design professionals and increase demand for Allegion brands and architectural services • Identify target accounts and manage account objectives for short- and long-term growth • Lead architectural education sessions, AIA Lunch and Learns, and industry networking events • Procure specification-writing opportunities from targeted architectural accounts • Lead project review meetings, gather project information, and define mutually agreed scopes of work • Manage specification projects through their lifecycle and update schedules and stakeholders • Track new project opportunities using lead databases and industry relationships • Pursue construction leads and request RFAs where Allegion is not an approved manufacturer • Initiate Architectural Consulting Agreements with firms • Collaborate with the broader sales team on specification projects and monthly reviews • Provide mentorship and development to peers • Maintain industry and competitor product knowledge • Maintain an accurate CRM sales pipeline and project records • Pursue continuing education and participate in local AIA, CSI, and DHI events • Maintain compliance with Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred • 5+ years of business development or technical experience • Basic understanding of security systems integrations and electronic components • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and deliverables • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM • Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action • Strong customer service focus • Ability to travel up to 25% within the territory • Architectural, construction, door hardware, or access control experience preferred • Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Allegion does not intend to provide employment visa sponsorship
