📋 Description

• Provide functional leadership and oversight to SCM functional team members implementing Oracle SCM Cloud applications across complex mid-to-large implementations, often across multiple engagements • Lead Oracle Cloud Application requirements workshops, solution architecture, and design discussions • Consult with clients using Oracle Cloud Applications and industry best practices to provide cost-effective solutions • Lead implementation teams in creating overall Enterprise Cloud solutions, including technical and functional solutions • Design Oracle Cloud Application extensions using PaaS and other extension technologies; write specifications for custom applications and integrations • Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and necessary enhancements or modifications • Lead, mentor, train, and guide Oracle Cloud applications implementation teams • Provide thought leadership and resolve product implementation and integration obstacles • Develop and implement long-term client strategies • Act as primary client contact and communicate project progress, challenges, and changes • Engage project stakeholders in estimation processes • Support business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers; negotiate contracts and agreements • Present business cases and quantify proposed solution benefits • Monitor implemented solution performance and recommend updates, upgrades, or modifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant • 3+ years of experience leading SCM solution design for Oracle Cloud implementations • Expert-level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades • Experience with Oracle PaaS, especially Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service • Knowledge and experience with Web Services, including Oracle Cloud SOAP and REST Web Services • Expert consulting and business analysis skills for requirements gathering and documentation, fit-gap analysis, business process design, conference room pilots, functional configuration, and procurement ERP solution testing • Experience working with cross-border and diverse teams and projects • Expert-level knowledge and experience with at least 3 Oracle Cloud Application modules: Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle Cloud Cost Management, Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Demand/Supply Planning, Oracle Maintenance Cloud, Oracle Procurement, or Oracle Inventory Cloud • Strong consulting and business analytical skills for Oracle SCM Cloud solution requirements, fit-gap analysis, process design, configuration, and testing • Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills • High commitment to exceeding performance expectations • Professional approach with internal and external customers • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances • Willingness to travel as needed • Similar professional-services consulting experience or strategic-level industry experience required • Ability to monitor team workloads while meeting client expectations • Proficient in written and verbal English • Exceptional complex project management skills • Thought leadership and industry expertise • Business development skills for client acquisition and relationship expansion • Mentorship and coaching ability • Strategic vision and decision-making contribution • Executive presence with senior client executives • Oracle Cloud certifications preferred but not required
