📋 Description

• Design the overall methodological framework for current-state (AS-IS) operational mappings and future-state (TO-BE) models • Define and structure forward-looking, intentional process architectures aligned with the organization's technology strategy • Lead in-depth statistical analyses, gap analyses, and advanced simulations to support critical business decision-making • Establish and deploy the corporate architecture governance model, ensuring methodological consistency and scalability • Lead large-scale process architecture initiatives with minimal supervision • Engage with technical and business leaders, translating complex statistical analyses into actionable solutions • Propose improvements for international clients and transform organizational workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience (3+ years) leading the redefinition, design, and end-to-end transformation of complex processes • Advanced expertise in BPM/BPMN and Lean Six Sigma • Proven ability in advanced gap analysis, dynamic simulations, and conceptual TO-BE design • Strong knowledge of organizational governance frameworks, complex metrics, KPIs, and SLAs • Proactive and autonomous, capable of leading large-scale process architecture initiatives • Assertive communication with technical and business leaders • Adaptability to work with international clients • Process Optimization — Expert • Process Management — Expert • Native Spanish
