📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Saviynt IGA platform • Oversee Saviynt configuration, customization, and enterprise integrations • Ensure platform scalability, performance, reliability, and security alignment • Support upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the IAM team • Partner with IT and security leadership to prioritize work and deliver solutions • Design and maintain provisioning, de-provisioning, and access review workflows • Implement RBAC and ABAC models • Develop Saviynt connectors and integrations for on-premises and cloud applications • Automate identity processes using APIs, scripts, and Saviynt • Ensure adherence to SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements • Conduct access certifications and audits • Implement privileged access management controls • Troubleshoot Saviynt issues and perform root cause analysis • Recommend enhancements to improve security posture and operational efficiency • Stay current with Saviynt capabilities, roadmap updates, and IAM trends

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with the Saviynt IGA platform, including configuration, workflows, and connectors • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and federation protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC • Familiarity with APIs, REST, PowerShell, and Python • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and vendor collaboration • 5+ years in IAM engineering roles • At least 2+ years focused on Saviynt • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments • Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks • Excellent documentation, written, and communication skills • Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-starter able to work in a dynamic environment • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Eligible to work in the United States • No work visa sponsorship available at this time • Saviynt certification (preferred) • Scripting or programming skills in PowerShell, SQL, Python, and JSON (preferred) • Experience with REST protocols (preferred) • Familiarity with SAML2 and OAuth2 SSO standards (preferred) • Ability to perform sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods • Good manual dexterity and coordination • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • Ability to observe documents and details at close range • Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery • Trustworthiness, reliability, and good judgment
