📋 Description

• Lead project teams in operational due diligence (ODD) and post-deal value creation efforts • Oversee the execution of project workstreams, development of hypotheses, data collection, modeling, and analysis • Facilitate data collection, modeling, and analysis to inform strategic decisions • Build strong client relationships; act as primary contact for project inquiries • Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and presentations • Lead discussions with clients on value-enhancement implications • Mentor and guide team members; manage project teams to high-quality execution • Conduct thorough operational due diligence focusing on cost optimization, top-line growth strategies, and organizational structure analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 – 8+ years in management consulting, with a focus on private equity or operational improvements • Previous experience leading operational due diligence projects and implementing post-deal strategies to enhance portfolio performance • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities are essential • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of private equity dynamics and operational frameworks • Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate degree from a reputed institution; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
