• Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for assigned IT platforms • Translate business needs and technical constraints into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs • Lead product planning and prioritization using data, stakeholder input, and business value • Partner with engineering, architecture, security, operations, vendor partners, and business SMEs to deliver releases on time and on budget • Act as product owner in Agile delivery teams, clarifying scope, accepting deliverables, managing sprint priorities, and removing blockers • Drive product adoption and change management through stakeholder engagement, communications, training plans, and measurement • Define and monitor product success metrics and report product performance to leadership • Manage vendor relationships and third-party product lifecycles, including requirements, RFPs, contract alignment, and performance reviews • Ensure product designs meet security, compliance, privacy, and accessibility standards • Contribute to risk mitigation activities • Mentor and coach junior product managers • Contribute to product management best practices and governance across IT
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of product management experience in IT or technology environments • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise IT products or platforms • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives from discovery through production • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern cloud-native architectures • Experience working with engineering, architecture, and security teams and translating technical concepts for business stakeholders • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills • Data-driven decision-making skills; experience defining and tracking KPIs and using analytics to inform prioritization • Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred • Experience with identity/access management, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), integration platforms, ITSM, or enterprise data platforms preferred • Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR preferred • Prior experience in a regulated industry or large global organization preferred • Technical literacy for architectural and engineering discussions • Negotiation and vendor management skills • Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus • Problem-solving orientation and comfort with ambiguity • Empathy for end users and focus on measurable value
