📋 Description

• Extract usable data from various raw files and reports to populate internal data sets. • Create complex analytic reports from internal data sets for McGriff’s service teams for the benefit of clients and prospects. • Identify emerging trends and analytic opportunities within large data sets. • Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to all analytic resources, procedures and explanation of reports. • Actively work to maintain the internal databases through data import and quality assurance. • Assist in the identification, creation and marketing of analytic reports including creating comprehensive displays for client facing slide decks. • Build and maintain relationships with team members and business units. • Support company projects and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Insurance; or equivalent education and related training • Three years of working experience in Property and Casualty insurance • Must have a Property and Casualty insurance license • One year of reporting experience • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and aptitude to quickly learn and utilize multiple applications. • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required. • Detail-oriented. • Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job on an independent basis • Strong organization and time management skills, including ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
